N	ew Milton Eagles have qualified as an FA chartered Club. This gives benefits to both club and children. These guidelines are part of this charter. Break the rules and we lose the charter qualification !
E	ncouragement. Your kids are trying their best ... don’t give them stick !
W	elfare officer. Any concerns about your children whilst in our care contact the Club's child Welfare officer.
M	anagers. Always support them, remember they are volunteers!!
I	nvolvement. We value parental assistance and help.
L	osing is not the end of the world !!
T	eam, it’s not just about your child.
O	pposition, respect them, you can’t play a game without them !!
N	O abusive behaviour will be tolerated from anyone connected with Eagles.
E	xpenses. Please play your match fees each week.
A	LWAYS respect the referee and match official’s decisions.
G	ood sportsmanship is what Eagles should be known for.
L	ead by example, be a good role model for your kids.
E	njoy your involvement with Eagles !!
